1:1 Coaching for Futurists, Thought Leaders and Changemakers
Self-care and stress management are critical for overall mental health. In this program we start with nutrition, movement, sleep patterns, relationships, current stressors and everyday habits to find the energy to remove blocks and achieve your goals. Once habits are refined, we dive into leadership skills and intuition development to refine the whole power package you bring to the world’s biggest challenges.
This course is personally tailored for high achieving people who are looking to develop better balance, communication skills and healthier habits to take care of themselves and benefit their larger communities.
Erin creates personalized practices to access deep knowing of the subconscious; think of this program like a personalized guide to your own intuition. This program requires deep and sometimes extended work to align actions with motivations. Together we will integrate mindfulness and somatic tools into this coaching experience to provide a unique entry point for healing and growth.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
These one-on-one sessions are personalized and limited to two clients per month. Participants begin with 4 or 6-week programs, and add on as desired. Small groups often form as a result of referrals from 1:1 coaching, to get the full benefits of The Healing Triangle.
PROGRAM FEE
$180/hr or $600-900 package (through 2024)
