Meet the coach, Erin henshaw
Erin Henshaw is an international trauma-sensitive mindfulness and emotional regulation teacher and co-founded of the Mind Body Project. She has run training programs in South Africa, China and the United States and is currently developing support programs for teachers, nurses and communities.
She believes that the foundation of personal resilience and enhanced mental health can be found in science-backed breath, movement and mindset tools, and that applied mindfulness can help us find connection, strength and resilience in these times.
