Mindful Minis (30-for-$30)

30 minutes to work through a particular challenge or to continue your practice in a supportive environment.

Choose 1:

-Somatic Coaching: Tell me about a mental or physical challenge, and I will suggest a tool at the end of our session for future practice.

-Mindfulness Meditation: You or I can choose the type, such as a body scan, visualization or anchor point practice.

-Breathwork: 1-2 Techniques to practice and discuss if desired.

-Personalized Deep Relaxation Experience (seated or laying down)

Details:

  • Please choose one option by writing in the meeting notes, and a date at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance can be used towards a future session, but are expected to pay in full.
